TRAINING COURSE REFUND POLICY

If you decide to discontinue a training course from Legacy Onward, you may request a refund.  The refund is calculated on a pro rata basis, less credit card fees.  For example, if you discontinue after the third of eight classes, your refund would be the enrollment fee you paid times 5/8, less the credit card fee charged to Legacy Onward, Inc for the transaction(s).  If you paid $2,000 for a course and the credit card fee was 3%, the refund would be ($2,000 x 5 / 8) - (2,000 x 3%) = $1,190).

We will share your information with third party administrators Wix.com and MailChimp for the purposes of fulfilling service requests.

 

For Wix.com:

  • We are hosted on the Wix.com platform.  Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications.  They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

  • All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by us adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.  PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information.

  • We use Wix.com to process payments.  All payment data is stored by Wix.com, whose privacy policy can be found here:  https://www.wix.com/about/privacy.

 

For Mailchimp:

 

We do not collect or process sensitive personal information.

 

If we collect cookies, it’s not intentional, and we don’t use them for anything.  To be safe, if you don’t want us to collect cookies, please don’t use our Services.  

 

We have policies and procedures in place to protect your personal information.  Since no electronic storage is 100% secure, we cannot promise that cybercriminals will be unable to defeat our security measures and improperly access your information. 

 

We do not knowingly market to or collect data from children under 18 years old.
